The Southern Indiana Model Railroad Association will present its annual Holiday Model Train Exhibit from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 6 and 1:15 to 3:30 p.m. Dec. 7 at the Seymour Library.

The public is invited for a free weekend of holiday railroad fun.

Many operating model railroad layouts in different scales will run during the show. In addition, train sets will be given away as door prizes, but attendees must be present to win. The drawing for door prizes will be at 3 p.m. both days. The association also will give out train-shaped Christmas cookies.

During December, people can see a model railroad display in the Seymour Library lobby. Library customers may check out railroading and model railroading books and movies available in the lobby.
