Harold and Sharon Yost of Seymour will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 1 to 3 p.m. July 25 at Freetown Church of Christ, 7077 N. State Road 135 in Freetown.

Harold Dean Yost and the former Sharon Kay Maples were married July 25, 1965, at United Brethren Church in Freetown.

They have three children Tamara (Tod) Trulove of Columbia, Tennessee, Traci Davis of Plainfield and Bradley (Brooke) Yost of Freetown; and seven grandchildren.

He is retired from Golden Operations after 37 years and is a member of Pershing Township Lions Club and Freetown Improvement Association. He volunteers to help with vacation Bible school.

She has been owner and operator of Sharon’s Nu Image for 20 years. She is president of Freetown Improvement Association and Pershing Township Lions Club, a member of Pershing Township Advisory Board and has taught vacation Bible school and Sunday school classes.

Both are members of Freetown Church of Christ.
