NORTH VERNON

Mary Louise Pettit, 85, of North Vernon, died at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at Jennings Health Care Center.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Pettit of North Vernon; sons, Robert Eugene (Ruth Ann) Pettit Jr. of North Vernon and Timothy Wayne (Cecile) Pettit of Columbus; daughter, Marcha Ann Pettit of North Vernon; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two infant sons.

The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Burial will be in the Vernon Cemetery.

Visitation will be from from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday.

Memorials may be made to Bethel Baptist Church in North Vernon or Our Hospice of Jennings County.
