Jackson County Extension Homemakers plans to sale baked goods from their booth on Saturday, Nov. 2, at the annual Ladies Aid 3 Immanuel Craft Show.

The show will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran School, 520 S. Chestnut St. Seymour. There is no admission cost, and there are two gymnasiums full of items. Lunch also is available.

The organization is asking past members to help by bringing their items to sell at the booth before 9 a.m.

In 2023, Jackson County Extension Homemakers awarded two scholarships — one to Caden Harris from Seymour High School and the other to Kera Wischmeier from Brownstown Central High School. Each received $500 for college expenses. Harris is at Purdue University studying speech language pathology and audiology, while Wischmeier is attending Indiana University in Columbus and majoring in nursing.

All proceeds from the bake sale go to next year’s college scholarship winners.
