The public is invited the Jackson County Republican Party for a sweet treat and an opportunity to meet candidates from 2 to 4:15 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at the Trolley Car Creamery, 102 S. Main St., Brownstown.

The Indiana Republican Party Freedom and Opportunity Bus Tour will be arriving at 3 p.m. Candidates and elected officials scheduled to attend include gubernatorial Candidate Mike Braun, Attorney General Todd Rokita, Congresswoman Erin Houchin and the statewide team of Daniel Elliott, Diego Morales and Elise Nieshalla.
