The Seymour Redevelopment Commission will meet at 4 p.m. Monday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes updates from Dan Robison on the Spark Shop redevelopment project and an annual presentation of TIF impact.

In compliance with Indiana Code 36-7-25-8, the Seymour Redevelopment Commission invites the public to attend its meeting for its annual informative presentation regarding its tax increment finance (TIF) allocation areas.

The presentation will include the redevelopment commission’s budget with respect to allocated property tax proceeds, long-term plans for the allocation areas and the impact on each overlapping taxing unit.

The meeting is open to the public and press.
