Indiana Health Centers of Jackson County will be celebrating 20 years of bringing affordable healthcare to the county from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Burkhart Plaza, 101 S. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The event will feature food, raffles and informational booths with resources related to healthcare.

Seymour Mayor Matt Nicholson will be doing a ribbon cutting at 11 a.m., followed by a cookout and ice cream from Kovener’s Korner Ice Cream.

“We want to show the community that we have enjoyed being here for the last twenty years and are looking forward to the future and what it can bring,” Amie Brunner, the practice manager at the health center in downtown Seymour. “This is a fun way to do that.”
