The Seymour Common Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes a public hearing on the 2025 fiscal budget for Seymour Municipal Airport Authority. The estimated general fund budget is $1,130,862, or $10o7,493 more than this year’s budget. The largest increases in the proposed 2025 budget include $75,000 for capital outlays and $22,993 for personal services,

Ordinances that will be introduced include one fixing the budget of Seymour Municipal Airport Authority, amending chapters of city code regarding the installation of a four-way stops at Chestnut and Bruce streets, Poplar and Oak streets, Ewing and Fourth streets and finally Fourth and O’Brien streets.

A resolution to reduce unobligated balances in the Seymour Municipal Airport Authority’s Rainy Day fund for 2024 will be introduced.
