The public is invited to come and join the congregation of Bethany Baptist Church from m5 to 7 p.m. Sept. 28 for an ice cream social and to kick off the harvest season.

The church is located at 9511 E. County Road 800S, Crothersville.

There will be ice cream in various flavors, special music throughout the evening and various activities for the children.
