Healthy Jackson County is hosting Mental Health Fest from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 26 at Crossroads Park, 101 E. Tipton St.

Activities include yoga and Zumba, a bouncy house, mental health activities and resources, ice cream from Kovener’s Korner and a launch of the Art for Youth project. A suicide prevention speaker will also be there. All of these activities are free to the public.

Sponsors of the event include Schneck Medical Center, Wellstone Regional Hospital, Seymour Parks and Recreation Department and Jackson County Health Department.
