The Jackson County Board of Zoning Appeals is set to meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the courthouse, 111 S. Main St., Brownstown.

The agenda include a request from Tyler Reedy of Seymour to construct an accessory building with living quarters to accommodate his mother at 1411 S. County Road 475E, Seymour. Once his mother relocates or is no longer occupying the accessory building on 1.01-acre site, the proposed structure will revert exclusively to an accessory building, according to Reedy’s application.

Board meetings are open to the public and press.
