Michayla Dayne Eudy, lovingly know as Mic, passed away on July 20, 2024 in Sarasota Florida at the age of 34. She was born in Seymour, Indiana on October 2, 1989 to Daniel and Kitrina Eudy. She most recently resided in North Port, FL.

Michayla found her calling as a bartender. She had a gift for bringing people together, crafting unforgettable nights, and making everyone feel like they were home. Her personality could light up a room, and her smile had a way of making even strangers feel like old friends.

Michayla had such a passion for life, music, and traveling. Her greatest loves were her friends, faith, family, and her pets. “Let go, let god” was a phrase Michayla lived by, guiding her actions and decisions. She believed in surrendering to a higher power and trusted that everything happens for a reason.

Those surviving Michayla include her father Daniel (Betty) Eudy, maternal grandmother Sonya (Jim) Miller, “Sisters” Kimberly Robbins, Tori Meneely, and Marlee Clay. “Nieces” Athena Hanley, and Fallon Robbins. “Nephews” Rowan Thompson, Rhett Thompson, and James Clay, Aunts Judith (Jerry) Burns, and Sara Walden, cousins Meghan (John) Burns-Landry, and Dawn Neville, as well as countless friends and extended family.

Michayla was greeted in heaven by her mother Kitrina Monday Eudy, sister Mallory Danko, “Nephew” Atlas Hanley, maternal grandfather Robert Monday, paternal grandparents Ted and Ruth Anne Eudy, Aunt Judy Eudy, and her sweet dogs Rocky and Talon. Though they left us too soon, they’ll be watching over her, just as she’ll be watching over us.

Michayla’s kindness, her compassion, and her unwavering love changed lives. Her legacy will inspire us to be better, to love harder, and to never take a moment for granted. We were so lucky to have known her.

Join us as we celebrate Michayla’s life at the Reddington Volunteer Fire Station, 2112 High St, Seymour, IN, at 1 p.m. on August 11, 2024. Let’s come together to share stories, to laugh, to cry, and to remember a woman who left an indelible mark on this world. Rest in eternal peace, sweet Mic.
