The Doctrine of Angels: Elect and Evil, a four-week course, will begin at 5 p.m. Sept. 3 at Victory Missionary Baptist Church, 312 Myers Lane, Seymour.

John Yates, founder and president of Faith Bible Institute and pastor at Rowland Road Baptist Church in Monroe, Louisiana, is the instructor for these recorded sessions.

To be covered: the nature, origin, ministry, appearance, and rank of angels; archangels, seraphim, cherubim and other types of angels; a study of Satan’s fallen angels; what angels can and cannot do and more.

Sessions run for approximately 75 minutes. There is $40 fee for the course.
