The Seymour Plan Commission will meet at 5 p.m. next Thursday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.
The agenda includes docket items that were postponed on the June 13 meeting due to lack of a quorum. Medaris Properties LLC is requesting to rezone a property at 304 Highlawn Avenue from R-1 to R-3 to build multi-family structure apartments.
Rose Acres Farm LLC is requesting to rezone a property in the 5000 block of N. U.S. 31 to I-2. They are wanting to construct a proposed truck maintenance shop and other future supporting infrastructures for their egg laying operations.
Lastly, Arthur Properties Inc. is requesting the approval of a Primary Plat to develop a subdivision with 133 lots. It fronts U.S. 31 and 400 West of Seymour.
