BROWNSTOWN — A 28-year-old Jackson County woman was arrested Saturday evening on a charge of neglect of a dependent causing death.
Kassandra Lynn Bracewell of Brownstown was booked into the Jackson County Jail at 6:13 p.m. Saturday on the Level 1 felony charge after her arrest by Brownstown officers.
Brownstown Police Chief Hanner said on Sunday morning police did not have any information about the investigation that could be released at that time.
Bracewell was being held without bond pending her initial hearing in Jackson Circuit Court.
