Jackson County Plan Commission plans to meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Jackson County Courthouse, 111 S. Main St., Brownstown.

The only agenda item is a request from William and Deborah Sons, 1107 W. Railroad Ave., Seymour, to vacate two platted alleys to include with existed platted lots in the town of Surprise. The alleys are part of Block C in the town located in Section 10, Township 6 North, Range 4 East.

In their application, the Sons said they would like to subdivide the existing 10-acre tract lying west of the town of Surprise. Existing tract is currently accessed by three platted alleys per the original plat of Surprise.
