BCHS presenting ‘The Addams Family’ musical

The Brownstown Central High School choir department will present “The Addams Family” at 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 2 p.m. Sunday in the auditorium at the school, 500 N. Elm St., Brownstown.

The musical, which opened on Broadway in 2010, is the first stage production based on the iconic and ghoulish characters created by Charles Addams with music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa. Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice wrote the book.

Tickets are $12.

General admission tickets may be purchased at The Peoples Bank or Family Drug in Brownstown. Reserved tickets are available by contacting Stephanie Brock at the high school at 812-358-3453.

Patrons kindergarten and older and/or anyone occupying a seat must have a ticket.

The cast features Quincy Weddell as Gomez Addams, Emma DeShong as Morticia Addams, Maggie Banister as Wednesday Addams, Silas Norman as Pugsley Addams, Landon Whitson as Uncle Fester, Addisyn Osborne as Grandma, Ryan Branaman as Lurch; ??????? as Cousin Itt; Keetan Burcham-Jones as Mal Beineke, Kristen Combs as Alice Beineke and Braedyn Stidams as Lucas Beineke.

The chorus features Nadiya Bowman, Jenna Bracamonte, Lilly Brazzell, Brynn Burton, Alexzandera Camp, Destanie Collins, Haley Derringer, Allison Dillard, Carmen Herzner, Veronica Law, Alaina Lee, Ava Lee, Rachel Louden, Reece Osborne, Desiree Parish, Katelynn Snowden, Ava Sunderman, Josie Thompson, Paige Thompson, Lilly Wayt and William White.

The stage crews consists of William Baker, Allie Barlow, Cody Blackburn, Chloe Dunn, Gracie Fisher, Sydney Hall, Gavin Jaynes, Lauren King, Kaylee Steward, Ethan Wheeles, Lexi Wheeles, Kaitlynn Williams and Conner Wynn, and co-directors are Stephanie Brock and Alisha Griffin.
