North Vernon Main Street is kicking off its 2024 Master Class series with a free presentation about strategic planning and business development at 5 p.m. March 14 at the organization’s office at 50 Short St., North Vernon.

Bruce W. Johnson will share some of his 30 years of experience as a management and quality improvement consultant. Topics will include developing a mission, vision and values, creating a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats aka SWOT analysis, conducting an operations analysis, environmental scans and setting goals and objectives.

Johnson has worked throughout the United States, Canada and Europe with for profit, nonprofit and government organizations.
