Friends of the Jackson County Public Library will hold its bimonthly sale from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 2 in the meeting room of the Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St., Seymour.
Members-only sales will be from 10 to 10:30 a.m. March 2 and 4 to 5:30 p.m. March 1.
This sale will feature buy one, get one free DVDs and cookbooks. Regular item sale prices for adult hardbacks, softbound books, DVDs and CDs are $1. Children’s books and small paperbacks are 50 cents. From 2 to 4 p.m. March 2, shoppers may use a provided bag to fill for $5.
Anyone unable to visit the sale can shop from the ongoing sales in the Seymour Library Book Nook or sales carts at the Crothersville and Medora libraries during regular library hours. Donations for the sales also are accepted when the library is open.
Anyone interested in becoming a Friend of the Library or renewing their annual membership for 2024 will find the forms at the sale, at the checkout desks or online at myjclibrary.org/friends.
Annual dues are $5 for individuals, $10 for family, $25 for donor and $50 for benefactor.
