The Jackson County Plan Commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday for its regularly scheduled meeting at the Jackson County Courthouse, 111 S. Main St., Brownstown.

The agenda includes old business regarding the 2023 Jackson County Planning & Zoning permitting report and election of officers.

In new business, a resolution that was adopted by the Jackson County Redevelopment Commission will be discussed regarding the plan for development in Economic Development Area No. 2. This resolution is to designate Archaea Operating LLC as a designated taxpayer to the area.
