The Tigers hosted Edinburgh on Tuesday evening in ‘The Jungle’ at Crothersville High School. Crothersville looked to get back on track and grab their 6th win of the 2023-24 season.

The Tigers dropped their last matchup to Rising Sun by eight points on Jan. 27th. Edinbugh came into the matchup with a .500 record at 8-8 losing their last game against Franklin County by four points on Saturday.

Edinburgh jumped out to a double-digit lead with a 13-3 advantage after the first quarter. The Lancers then took a 31-18 lead into intermission. The team controlled the entire game, eventuallty taking a 45-24 lead after the third quarter. Crothersville outscored the Lancers in the fourth 15-13, but the damage was done, with Edinburgh winning 58-39.

The Tigers will travel to Seven Oaks on Friday, Feb. 9th for a matchup with the 1-15 Firehawks. That game will take place at 7:30 p.m.
