Seymour SEPAC awarding two scholarships

Seymour Special Education Parents Advisory Council will award two scholarships to 2024 Seymour High School graduates.

One scholarship will be awarded to a student with a disability who desires to continue his or her education at a college, university or vocational school.

Another scholarship will be awarded to a student who will be majoring in special education or a related field. A related field may include but is not limited to physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, audiology, psycometry, etc.

Each scholarship will be $500. Applications are available from the Seymour High School counselors, and the deadline for filing is April 1.

Seymour SEPAC is a nonprofit corporation and has awarded more than $25,000 in scholarships since 1990.
