Schneck Medical Center’s board of trustees plans to meet in open session at 8 p.m. Monday in the boardroom of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.
Prior to the open session, the board plans to meet in executive session at 7 p.m. to discuss strategy with respect to pending or threatened litigation, engage in strategic planning and discuss information and intelligence intended to prevent, mitigate or respond to threat of terrorism.
Executive sessions are closed to the public and press.
