The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet at 8 p.m. Monday in the boardroom of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.

The meeting is open to the public and press.

At 7 p.m., trustees plan to meet in executive session to discuss strategy with respect to pending or threatened litigation, receive information and discuss an employee, discuss job performance or evaluation of individual employees, engage in strategic planning and discuss information and intelligence intended to prevent, mitigate or respond to threat of terrorism.
