The Lady Tigers faced off with South Central (Elizabeth) on Thursday evening, dropping the match with the Southern Athletic Conference foe 66-27.

The girls will now focus on traveling to Rock Creek Academy today at noon.

Crothersville will look for their fourth win of the season.

Brownstown Central

The Lady Braves faced off with Salem on Tuesday evening, dominating the Lions 43-20 in the Mid-Southern Conference game.

The Braves allowed just nine points in the first half and only two points in the fourth quarter to grab the win.

Harley Toppe led the way for Brownstown Central with 11 points, hitting three shots from behind the 3-point line.

The Braves also forced 23 turnovers, coming off of 14 steals. Kinzee Dean led the girls in rebounds with seven to go with her nine points.

Brownstown remains unbeaten after the IHSAA ruled its original loss to Scottsburg a win after a player violated the quarter limit in one night.

Brownstown will now travel to Austin today to face off with the Eagles. That MSC game will take place at 1:30 p.m.
