He also was wanted on a warrant.

Seymour and Harper remained in the Jackson County Jail in Brownstown on Saturday morning without bond pending their initial hearings while Termilien was being held on $705 bond.

According to Seymour Police Chief Greg O’Brien, officers initially involved in the pursuit lost sight of the vehicle but it was spotted by other officers on Interstate 65 in the area of the 55 mile marker.

Police then pursued the vehicle south until the driver exited the interstate and drove west on Tipton Street. The vehicle crashed near the Steak’n Shake restaurant in front of the Walmart Supercenter at 1600 E. Tipton St.
