The Seymour Common Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes a public hearing authorizing the issuance of general obligation bonds for the purpose of providing funds to pay for certain capital improvements and incidental expenses. Later in the meeting, the final reading of an ordinance for this action will take place.

Also on the agenda are the second reading of an ordinance to rezone property at 1060 E. 16th St. and introduction of a resolution approving the transfer of funds for health insurance premiums.
