The Jackson County Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Jackson County Courthouse, 111 S. Main St., Brownstown.
Timothy and Paula Butler are petitioning to vary from the required 60-foot front building setback requirement to construct a new home 35 feet from the center of Base Road in Brownstown.
The meeting is open to the public and press.
