The Brownstown Exchange Club recently named Audrey Scarlett as its Youth of the Month for November.

Scarlett, the daughter of Anne and Steve Scarlett, is a senior at Brownstown Central High School, where she played tennis and was named the team’s mental attitude award winner earlier this year.

She is president of the Activism Club, a member of the National Honor Society and a member of the executive board of the school’s Riley Dance Marathon. She also was a Hoosier Girls State delegate, attended the Lugar Symposium for Tomorrow’s Leaders and received the National Rural and Small Town Award.

Scarlett plans to study psychology at Indiana University.
