The Jackson County Public Defender board plans to hold its quarterly meeting at 4 p.m. Dec. 12 at the public defender’s office in the courthouse, 111 S. Main St., Suite 226, Brownstown.

Agenda items for the meeting, open to the public and press, include a report on the inmate population at the Jackson County Jail and 2024 budget proceedings.
