The 26th biennial Schafstall family reunion/open house will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Nov. 11 at Schwätzer’s German Restaurant, 113 Indianapolis Ave., Seymour.
Henry and Mary Newkirk Schafstall had eight daughters who married and had children. Members of those families are invited. The names of the daughters are Sophia Helwig, Carrie Wente, Clara Trimpe, Mary Trimpe, Myrtle Kruse, Delia Stockamp, Ethel Dringenburg and Lillian Rust.
If it works, bring a fun Schafstall fact or item. Food and beverage will be available for purchase.
