The Seymour High Class of 1963 recently conducted its 60th class reunion at Brewskies Downtown in Seymour.

Mary Ann Meyer Pardieck, reunion chairwoman, welcomed the class members and guests and recognized that many traveled from other states to attend. The prayer was given by Shiela Hackney Wilson. After the meal, a class picture was taken by Margaret Wilson.

A lively game of 1963 trivia was led by Shirley Wheeler Hudson. All participants were awarded with a prize of a purple or white mum or a mini purple owl. The evening concluded with oldies music on the patio by class members Charlie Voss and Jim King.

A little autograph monkey that had signatures of all attendees of the 50th and 55th class reunions was auctioned off, and the recipient was Ann Powers. This monkey will no doubt appear at the next reunion only to be auctioned off again. All proceeds go toward the next reunion funds.

Reunion committee members were Mary Ann Meyer Pardieck, Elsie Bobb Brooks, Shirley Wheeler Hudson, Jim Rebber, Wayne and Rosellen Wiehe and Dennis Barnett.
