The Jackson County Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Jackson County Courthouse, 111 S. Main St., Brownstown.
Applicant Luke Hackman is petitioning for a special exception to operate as a golf cart sales dealer in conjunction with the existing show feed sales and service facility in an agricultural zoning district.
The proposed operation would include a showroom and a show lot during regular business hours, which are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday at 3640 S. County Road 400E, Brownstown.
The meeting is open to the public and press.
