Rose Acre Farms Inc. recently announced Marcus Rust has been appointed the new chairman of the board of directors, effective Sept. 11.
Rust, the Seymour-based company’s CEO, succeeds his brother, John Rust, who completed his term as chairman of the board and is now focused on his 2024 U.S. Senate campaign, according to a news release from the firm.
Rose Acre Farms is the second largest egg producer in the United States, and the family-owned company prides itself on the small-town values of quality, service and integrity, according to the news release.
