CROTHERSVILLE — Kindergartners at Crothersville Elementary School recently spent 26 days learning the alphabet, from A to Z.
ABC Boot Camp consisted of learning one letter a day.
On Sept. 18, that wrapped up with a celebration in the school cafetorium that included an ABC Fashion Show and a dance party.
For the show, kindergartners in Cassondra Kelly and Tina Kilgore’s classes wore vests they decorated with the letter they chose to represent. Some even dressed up for the occasion based on the letter they chose.
One letter at a time, the students walked on the red carpet and modeled their letter with their parents proudly watching.
In the end, their parents and school staff members joined them on the dance floor.
