The Jackson County Plan Commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Jackson County Courthouse, 111 S. Main St., Brownstown.

Applicant Luke Hackman is petitioning for a special exception to operate as a golf cart sales dealer, in conjunction with the existing show feed sales and service facility in a agricultural zoning district.

The proposed operation would include a showroom as well as a show lot during regular business hours which are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday at 3640 South County Road 400E in Brownstown.

The meeting is open to the public and press.
