The Seymour Plan Commission will meet at 5 p.m. Sept. 14 in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The only agenda item is Jeff Ollis requesting to rezone property in the 1600 block of South Walnut Street to build a duplex. The plan is for each unit to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
