The Seymour City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes a report from Recovery Specialist Steve Sharer, final reading of an ordinance annexing territory in the Eastside Industrial Park to the city and second reading of an ordinance amending city code to require a permit for short-term rentals and establish fines and a permit fee.

There also will be introduction of an ordinance amending city code to update zoning permitted uses and for parking regulations, an ordinance for an additional appropriation for software and utilities and a resolution approving the transfer of rainy day funds.
