The Crothersville community vacation Bible school had a great time this year with learning that “Following Jesus is a Game Changer.”

Co-director Tracy Karnes said as participants had fun getting together and enjoying game-themed snacks, music, crafts and games, they learned more about Jesus and Peter.

“We learned how Jesus is holy, trustworthy, forgiving, worth following and for everyone,” she said.

In helping with that, attendees had a competition in collecting funds between the boys and girls. In their efforts, they collected $667.62. Matthew Stites presented this to Superintendent Chrystal Street to be used for supplies for Crothersville Community Schools.

“Thank you to all the parents, adults, workers, churches and participants for all you did in making this year a success,” Karnes said. “It truly has been amazing and a huge blessing to be a part of.”
