Schneck Medical Center is asking the community to participate in its community perception survey.

The confidential survey will help Schneck understand the community’s perception about the Seymour hospital and its physician practices and better align strategies to meet the needs of those it serves.

There are several ways people can complete the survey. The survey link is available on Schneck’s website, schneckmed.org, and its social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram.

In addition, paper copies can be picked up between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at the greeter’s desks on the main campus of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour, and at the Jackson County Public Library, 303 W. Second St., Seymour.

The last day to take the survey will be Aug. 31.
