The inaugural Tea with the Jackson County Queen will be from 4:30 to 6 p.m. July 27 at the pavilion at the Jackson County Fairgrounds, 476 E. County Road 100S, Brownstown.

Enjoy free tea compliments of Kay’s Kafe and meet the 2023 Jackson County Fair queen and her court and other contestants in their gowns.

Girls are encouraged to wear their princess outfits, sashes and tiaras. They will have an opportunity to walk on the pavilion stage and be announced.

For extra fun, women are welcome to wear festive hats or fascinators. Think Kentucky Derby.

If you are a former fair queen or contestant, you are invited to wear your crown and sash.
