Nearly 20 people attended a recent meeting expressing interest in serving on the committee to revive the Freetown Freedom Festival in 2024.

The next meeting will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 7 at the pavilion at Pershing Township Park in Freetown.

Anyone else interested in joining the committee may attend.
