The Seymour Plan Commission will meet at 5 p.m. Thursday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes consideration of approval of Seymour Main Street’s downtown streetscape plan and two land use variance requests.

The first one is for Leona and Ridge Pearl, who want to place a 13-by-16-foot shed in the back of the property at 730 W. Eighth St. and turn it into a commissary kitchen, and the second one is for A&G Leasing, which has remodeled the building at 108 W. Second St. and will have a tenant who wants to run a dog grooming business on the first floor. The latter is zoned C-4, and under that zoning classification, that type of business is not allowed.
