Due to the Independence Day holiday, the Jackson County Public Library will close at 6 p.m. July 3 in Crothersville and Seymour and remain closed July 4 in Seymour and Medora.

The Discovery Bus also is off the road on July 4.

Customers may return items in the library book and audio/video returns. Libby, Kanopy and hoopla are available while the libraries are closed.

The Seymour and Crothersville libraries will reopen July 5 with the Peace, Love & Libraries summer learning program continuing through July 31.

The Medora Library will reopen July 6.
