The University of Kentucky has announced dean’s list honorees and graduates for the spring 2023 semester.
Rebekah D. Cook of Crothersville made the dean’s list and graduated, earning a degree in clinical leadership and management.
Jack C. Handloser of Seymour, who is majoring in pre-accounting, also made the dean’s list.
To make the UK dean’s list, a student must earn a grade point average of 3.6 or higher and must have earned 12 credits or more in a semester, excluding credits earned in pass-fail classes.
With graduation this spring, more than 4,000 graduates participated across four ceremonies taking place May 5 and 6 in Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Overall 5,811 May degree candidates were conferred by the UK board of trustees. This includes 3,745 undergraduate, 1,433 graduate and 633 professional degree candidates for May 2023.
