Festival announces full slate of performers

The nonprofit organization that hosts the annual Crossroads Acoustic Fest has announced the list of artists who will perform April 28 and 29.

The boutique music festival brings world-class musicians and intimate performances to downtown Seymour.

Single-night tickets are $40, while tickets for all venues for both nights are $60. Tickets are available at the Jackson County Visitor Center, 100 N. Broadway St., Seymour, or online at crossroadsacousticfest.com.

With an official wristband, festivalgoers can move freely from one listening room to another, choosing the artists they want to see. Wristbands will be available for pickup starting April 26 at the visitor center.

The April 28 performers will include Session Americana, Nicholas Jamerson, Brit Taylor, Adam Chaffins, Nora Jane Struthers, Joe Overton, Lone Hollow Duo, Whiskey Bent Valley Boys, Wesley Dean and Harvey Adams.

The April 29 lineup will feature Willie C. Capps (featuring Will Kimbrough, Grayson Capps and Corky Hughes), Buffalo Wabs and the Price Hill Hustle, Otis Gibbs, Nicholas Jamerson, Cristina Vane, Don Pedigo, Brit Taylor, Adam Chaffins, Jennie DeVoe, Nora Jane Struthers, Joe Overton, Tim Grimm, Robert Reynolds Trio, Justyn Underwood and Forrest Turner.

The complete schedule of times and locations will be announced a few days prior to the festival. Performances will take place between 6 and 11 p.m. in multiple listening rooms in downtown Seymour, including the Knights of Columbus, Jackson County Visitor Center, Fraternal Order of Eagles 655 and Brewskies Downtown. If a venue reaches capacity, there will be space at another room.

These will be intimate, seated acoustic shows. Audience members will be asked to give their full attention to the musicians, creating a quiet listening experience for everyone.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
