The Paul Scifres Memorial/The Grind IX 5K Run/Walk is set for 9 a.m. Saturday at Beck’s Mill, 4433 S. Beck’s Mill Road, Salem.

Register online at runreg.com or the day of the race beginning at 7:30 am. The cost is $25 and includes snacks and breakfast. T-shirts will be available to purchase.

This is a timed sanctioned race. Awards and door prizes will be available to win.
