The Tampico High School reunion was April 9 at Pewter Hall in Brownstown.
Stephen Cunningham, the master of ceremonies, welcomed everyone, and Gene Elmer Robbins gave the invocation and also read a prayer from his third grade reading book entitled “Today and Tomorrow.”
Tampico Bobcats cheerleaders led the group in the Tampico High School song after dinner. All veterans also were honored.
A moment of silence was observed in memory of deceased classmates and friends.
Special recognition was given to the class members of 1952, 1962 and 1972.
Those attending from the Class of 1952 were Loretta Beldon Hoevener and Maribell Shirley Hickerson.
Present from the Class of 1962 were Eugene Bobb, Pauline Doyle Sovern, Sarah Goecker Benter, Tabitha Hall Ashcraft, Barton Maxie, Nina Melloncamp Hackman, Sandra Nierman Edwards, Richard Peters, Leslie Tormoehlen and Violet Wessel Wischmeier.

The evening was spent catching up with classmates and friends.
