The Seymour Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The first two agenda items received favorable recommendation from the Seymour Plan Commission during a meeting Feb. 10, so the BZA will consider final approval.

Tara Sutherland is requesting a land use variance at 1365 N. County Road 700E to use an existing 70-by-40-foot building on the property to start a dog breeding business, and Daniel and Jessica Croquart are requesting a land use variance at 10815 E. County Road 700N to run a gun shop business out of an existing building.

Also on the agenda, Brandon Sinclair is requesting a variance at 1642 Finn Way from the required 20-foot setback to be at 4 feet off of the back of the property for the construction of a pool.

The meeting is open to the public and press.
