Schneck Hospice is holding GriefShare, a free 13-week program open to anyone who is coping with a loss.

GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences, according to a news release from Schneck.

Topics will include living with grief, the journey of grief, the effects of grief, your family and grief and the uniqueness of grief. GriefShare seminars feature video sessions and discussion.

“In our fast-paced society, I believe it is imperative for us to take time to grieve” said Stephen Barrett, Schneck Hospice chaplain. “Being with others that have had similar experiences can be extremely healing. This program is designed to be a place of hope and healing for those whose lives have been broken.”
